Campsite Regulations
The purpose of this regulation is to ensure the smooth operation of the campsite and the best possible experience for all campers. Your entry and stay at the campsite implies full and unreserved acceptance of the terms listed below.
Reservations / Cancellations
Reservations are made through the booking form and confirmed upon deposit payment and receipt of payment proof by email.
Cancellations are accepted up to 20 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within less than 20 days from arrival result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is done at the Reception.
Campers are required to submit their IDs or passports upon entry, which remain at the Reception until departure.
Pitch assignment is determined by the Reception in consultation with the camper.
Check-out time is until 12:00 noon. Later departures will be charged for an additional day.
Any change in the number of people must be declared. Additional persons will be charged accordingly.
Visitors are only allowed with prior approval from the management and must pay the appropriate fee for entrance and facility use (regardless of relationship or time of stay).
Visitors must present an ID or driver’s license at entry. Otherwise, access will be denied.
Visitors are allowed to stay until 22:45.
Vehicles
Visitors are not allowed to bring vehicles into the campsite. Cars must be parked in designated parking areas.
Driving within the campsite is prohibited.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours: 15:00–18:00 and 00:00–08:00.
Voices should be kept low at all times.
Music, even outside quiet hours, must remain at a volume that does not disturb others.
Cleanliness & Waste Disposal
Keep all campsite areas clean.
Do not wash clothes or personal items in the showers. Use the designated sinks instead.
Campers with chemical toilets must request the designated disposal and cleaning area.
Trash must be disposed of in sealed bags inside the campsite bins. Do not leave garbage bags exposed, as they attract insects and rodents.
Pets
Pets are allowed with a valid health booklet confirming they are healthy and vaccinated. Pets must always be leashed and supervised. Owners are responsible for walking them outside the campsite and cleaning up after them.
All pets must wear ID tags with the owner’s name and phone number.
Do not leave pet food or bowls exposed.
Safety
Open flames are strictly prohibited. Use grills and charcoal with caution. Do not discard cigarette butts on the ground. Even a small mistake can cause serious damage.
Familiarize yourself with the fire safety system (fire points, water barrels).
Only use extension cords and electrical equipment suitable for outdoor use. Campers are solely responsible for the proper use of electricity.
Children
Children under 12 must use facilities under the supervision of their guardians.
Parents are fully responsible for their children’s safety and conduct. Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times. κάμπινγκ, να συνοδεύουν και να εποπτεύουν τα παιδιά τους, σε κάθε χώρο και περίσταση.
Restaurant
The campsite restaurant operates on a self-service basis and offers a variety of meals and packaged products.
Tables are for restaurant use only.
Consumption of outside food at restaurant tables is not allowed.
Liability
Camping is an outdoor experience. The campsite is not liable for accidents, insect bites, wildlife interaction, natural phenomena, or failure to follow the regulations.
We bear no responsibility for theft or damage to camping gear or valuables. The safekeeping of personal items is your responsibility.
Campers and their visitors are liable for any damage they cause to the facilities or equipment.
Campers must follow instructions from management and signage. Violation of the rules may result in removal from the campsite.
These rules aim to ensure the protection of Liofyto Camping and the peaceful coexistence of all guests. They are based on common sense, respect, and courtesy. We trust you will follow them willingly. Thank you for your cooperation.
